Puffco Peak Review
How it Works
Puffco Peak is a very simple unit to use compared with other devices. Starting with filling the glass, you will need to add just enough water to cover the air holes. After reinstalling the glass, press and hold the main button for three seconds to unlock it.
To cycle through the Puffco peak temperature settings, clicking the same button will guide you through each setting, after which you will need to load the wax into the chamber. After loading your concentrate into the Puffco Peak atomizer using the dab tool, put on the carb cap and start using!
Double-click the button again to heat it up, once the device vibrates and the light flashes three times, Puffco Peak is ready! The heating time is approximately 20 seconds, depending on the temperature setting used.
Temperature Flexibility
Puffco Peak has four different temperature settings, in increments of 50°, varying from 232/260/288/315°C or 450/500/550/600°F. For different materials and load sizes, this has a lot of versatility for one’s prefered choices.
Vapor Quality
Puffco Peak clearly has first-class vapor quality! The hits are huge, delicious, and absolutely effective! Water filtration cools the vapor well before it reaches your lungs without reducing the taste at all. There is no doubt that Puffco Peak is one of the most luxurious electronic nail/electronic rigs, and the results are great!
Battery Life
The battery life of the Puffco Peak is quite good. Before you need to recharge again, you can expect 15-20 powerful draws through it. It uses a standard Micro-USB cable to charge, and the included charger can charge Peak from empty to full in about 2 hours.
Unfortunately, the batteries are not removable or user-replaceable, so in a few years, we may start to see some of these batteries experiencing a reduction of the amount used.
